Boom in July
A time to remember
Our Founding Fathers who fought for
Freedom

Is
Freedom Free?
Is freedom free?
Nay!
What did it cost?
The
Blood of many brave people
Was the price paid for the freedom we enjoy.
The blood
Of Christ bought our spiritual freedom.
We Americans are very fortunate
Being blessed twice.
Jesus Christ gave his all
Now the world can be free from sin.
Many wars and civil unrest bought our political freedom.
Americans are free to worship the Lord,
Also the freedom of speech, life, and prosperity.
Paid with blood.

The Black Tulips

A crowd followed
Derek
To the tulip meadow
Wondering
How a human like himself
Was able to come to such a isolated place
Turning to
The crowd Derek asked them all
To stay as he approached
Rachel Quinn recognized
The giant red-headed Viking
Remembering that he had disappeared and never found
Before either could the crowd suddenly screamed out
Black tulips were sprouting in the meadow
Derek and the others drew their swords realizing danger
Was at hand
What could these black tulips mean?
Derek and the Vegetarians do realize danger is present!
