love you
I have discovered life's hidden treasure,
You have chased the clouds
And splashed my world with sunny colors,
This fulfilling emotion is a pyramid of strength,
Our relationship is an assortment of timeless pieces,
I don't ever want this journey to end,
Your existence is paramount to my well-being,
You are a wonderful gift to me,
I just wanted you to know how I feel,
I love you.

Throughout the years you have been there
for me,
You have changed my life in so many ways,
You have been a friend,
You have always cared,
You have helped me to grow,
You have shown me to be strong,
My days are brighter because of you,
A hundred years from now, I want to relive my destiny
Especially the part when we just met…
Your smile reflect the happiest moments my heart ever knew,
It has been a privilege to be by your side,
Today, I simply want to say; thank you.

and depend on in many ways,

You have been an inspiration of strengths,
You are a perfect fit in my life,
With you by my side
my heart is as bright as the sun,

The
meaning of "love"
I can describe love
because every time I see you
I know how it feels,
I believe with all my heart that;
Love is the voice of hope,
Love is the image of passion,
Love is self-expression,
Love is faith,
Love is life inspiring,
Love is sharing,
Love is respect,
Love is forgiveness,
Love is all I need,
Love is what it does to me
when I am with you,
You are the greatest love
I have ever known.

Carl was born in Port-au-Prince,
Haiti, on June 21 1966. He attended Catholic school (Saint-Louis
De Gonzague), Roger Anglade and graduated high school from American
Academy, on June of 1986, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He first
came to the United States of America in 1982, and lived in Evanston
Illinois for two years. He returned to Haiti in 1984 and attended
Miami-Dade Community College in 1988. He is currently residing
in West Palm Beach, Florida. Carl has poetry published in several
books and is currently working on a romance novel and his second
book of poetry.
