When Wembly Met Matilda by R.C. Hazleton (a special .pdf download)

In springtime when the flowers sprout
Encouraged by a gentle rain
All types of creatures venture out
To start the cycle once again.
Wembley is a bashful worm that is befriended by Matilda, a caring gnat and together they enjoy a day of fun adventure. Besides running into a bumblebee, they find out why people who fish like worms for bait and what a rose smells like. Wembley gets to experience many things for the first time including the friendship which he feels towards his new companion, and ends the day greatly changed.
