The Photography of
Jo Janoski
Christmas Ornament. I was struck by the
whimsical moon and stars. The photo is posterized, which makes
special edges to produce the effect of being a painting rather
than a photo.
Peepers, the hungry dog, meets Christmas
dinner. I was checking the ham and she showed up. I grabbed a
camera while I warned her to stay back.
Our place at sunset on a snowy evening.
I've always been fascinated at how snow takes on an ethereal
glow at sunset. I thought the shadows striped across that carpet
of white was interesting, too.

The Photography of
Shirley Allard
The first snowfall in New Hampshire clings
to whatever it touches and transforms the dreary, tired landscape
into a winter wonderland.
